A 72" diameter spinning disc of LEDs.  It displays animated images generated from images, videos, and computer algorithms.

A downloadable mobile app enables visitors to create a "wish" image, which is then transmitted to Wishing Wheel.  Each image appears superimposed over the animated imagery.  It then starts to spin around is eventually disappears into the middle.  The next "wish" is then displayed.
